Life is often challenging and stressful yet also rewarding and meaningful. At the core of what appears to be the difficulty you experience with life are often the most profound gifts and facets of yourself that are waiting to emerge and the opportunity for personal growth. We are continually changing, developing, and growing. Sorting out what aspects of our behaviors, habits and emotions serve us and which ones we need to let go is typically a daunting task. There are times when life’s challenges are overwhelming and it is helpful to gain a different perspective or to have the comfort of another’s presence. There are also devastating circumstances that affect our ability to function and in those times we need help to restore balance so that we can move on and participate in life with meaning and purpose.

The Heartfulness Practice uses sensory and somatic awareness allowing past patterns and afflictive emotions to transform into health. It uncovers belief patterns and the meaning held within the emotion.
